Chicken breast fillet, with mustard oil and spice, cooked in the tandoor.
HARA MASSALLA WALI TIKKA
Chicken breast fillet, in a mint and coriander leaf marinade, coated with grated cheese; quickly roasted in the tandoor.
ONION BHAJI
Finely chopped onion and spices, fried in batter.
CHICKEN TIKKA
Boneless chicken, marinated in yogurt, tamarind and garam massalla. Tandoor baked.
LENTIL SOUP
Two types of lentils cooked until soft, blended with spices and served with a fresh coriander garnish.
SAMOSA
Triangular pastry, filled with spiced vegetables.
PANEER TANDOORI SALAD
Indian curd cheese, tandoor baked, served as a salad.
